Momin Seeds looked better compared to the first game of the tournament, still remained on the losing side against K-Electric, who were very much clinical with their performance and looked threatening in their first game of the tournament. In the second game of the day was being played between two successful teams of the opening round was won by Omar Associates by a margin of 5 wickets with 11 balls to spare.
In the first game of the day, Momin Seeds batted first scored 133 for 8 in their 20 overs, which was far better than 54 in their previous game. A small contribution from Jaahid Ali 29, Usama Zafar 28 and Arif Baloch 26 was the catalyst to achieve that total; still, their batting department hasn’t fired as per the expectations. Mohammad Mohsin and Hasan Khan picked up two wickets each while young pace sensation Muhammad Musa finished with 16 for 1 in his three overs. In reply K-Electric openers were unstoppable, both Khurram Manzoor and Omair Bin Yousuf played some extra-ordinary shots all over the park. Momin Seeds only picked up one wicket of the Khurram Manzoor, when he was stumped on the bowling of Haider Ali. Khurram played a senstational innings of 84 off 40 and Omair remained unbeaten on 48 off 34.

In the second game of the day, State Bank of Pakistan made a decent total of 162-5 in their 20 overs with the help of a brilliant 82 runs partnership shared between Rizwan and Mukhtar, Rizwan scored 53 runs while Mukhtar played a scintillating knock of 62 off 42, followed by a cameo of 28 off 15 by Israrullah. Muhammad Irfan picked up 2 wickets for 24 in his four, while Khurram, Usman Qadir, and Asad Shafiq claimed one wicket each. In reply Umar Akmal’s fiery innings of 36-ball 68 gave Omar Associates a solid start, the run-chase also well contributed by their captain Asad Shafiq with 30-ball 47 runs innings while the finishing touch was given by the Saud Shakil’s unbeaten 24 runs.
Umar Akmal was awarded as a player of the match on his brilliant knock which eventually helped the team to win their second consecutive game of the tournament.
On day-4 of the event, SSGC to face Momin Seeds in the first encounter of the day, while Candyland will be playing against Pakistan Air Force in the second game of the day four.
