Asia Cup Cricket

Is Team Management & Selectors Responsible for Pakistan Exit in Asia Cup????

Dropping seniors from the side against the will of the captain is the real issue ! Infact the core burning issue inside the team management , Hafeez was in the side against Zimbabwe and was not offered a single match , later dropped from Asia cup Squad without any logical reason.
Hafeez as a bowling all rounder and Azhar as an opener deserved a place in this side for Asia cup in UAE conditions , both of them have vast experience on UAE pitches and conditions and knowing the art of handling the pressure !
On the other hand Pakistan has been successful in UAE with 3 spinners + 2 fast bowlers strategy since 2010, earlier it was ( Hafeez Ajmal and Afridi ) today it should have been ( Yasir Shah , Shadab and Imad / Hafeez) just like Minos like Afghanistan going with ( Mujeeb , Rashid and Nabi) similarly India going with ( Chahal , Kuldeep, Khedar and Jadeja).
Same Hafeez like attitude is followed with Junaid Khan by Team Management , your most experienced fast bowler in UAE has not been offered a single game till the final game although being in the side and sitting on the bench for 90% of the tournament , when given chance proved his metal with 4/19 in 9 overs.
Out of 5 required
Hafeez , Azher ,Imad ,Junaid and Yasir 4 were integral part of playing 11 in champions trophy !
In a nut shell , I put more responsiblity of loosing these 2 games against India and 1 game against Bangladesh on Inzimam and Mickey Arthur as now in 2018 final 11 is given by Head Coach who is the head of final selection committee for the match and captain has to play with the given 11 !
Selection is the core issue , Select the right people for correct execution on given day !
